Time and health are two precious assets that we don't recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted.:- Denis Waitley Work is passion and fitness is love! Being the founder of the company, it brings a lot of work pressure and it is a challenge to manage time for fitness in my everyday routine.  I feel time and health is very precious but we don’t realize its value unless they get depleted, I realized it when I was diagnosed with Tuberculosis which made me lose my mental and physical strength.
